Enjin is a blockchain tech company building products that make it easy for everyone to use next-generation non-fungible tokens (NFTs). We’re a globally distributed team of futurists and tinkerers building the most robust NFT infrastructure ecosystem in the blockchain space, and we need someone to help us take our growing marketing team to the next level.

As Enjin's Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for defining and executing the companies' marketing strategy. You will craft innovative campaigns and strategies for each of our core products, including the use of digital media storytelling, to help drive clear understanding and adoption among targeted audiences. You will lead a global team of marketers and collaborate closely with cross-functional team partners such as product, operations, and comms to deliver on Enjin's core objectives.

  • Lead a fast-paced marketing team; optimizing creativity, productivity, and always striving for moonshot results
  • Drive the evolving narrative of Enjin, making what we do and why we do it compelling and accessible
  • Be a master storyteller, attracting and inspiring new audiences
  • Position Enjin as a thought leader and trusted resource in the NFT and blockchain gaming conversation
  • Set clear marketing objectives and key results
  • Increase awareness and build innovative educational initiatives to maintain competitive edge in the blockchain, crypto, and NFT industries
  • Design, implement and optimize scalable marketing processes and funnels that result in growth
  • Work with other internal departments to ensure marketing objectives are aligned with overall company goals
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems used to generate and manage leads, distribute content, and report on conversion rates and other key data
  • Collaborate and lead across the organization, representing the voice of the customer within Enjin, bringing marketing insights to cross-functional stakeholders across product, design, user experience, development, and executive leadership
  • Analyze marketing data to develop insights and make informed decisions on areas for optimization
  • Evaluate and adopt new technologies and applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance

Who You Are

  • Educated with a bachelor's degree from a leading university in your country
  • At least 8 years experience in marketing leadership, growth marketing, story-telling, and product marketing, preferably within the blockchain, gaming and/or related tech industries
  • Knowledgeable and experienced with blockchain and NFT technologies and Polkadot
  • A proven leader who has built, led and inspired teams (in remote environment is a bonus)
  • Strong judgement with teams, budgets, and strategic planning
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced/rapidly changing environment
  • Comfortable with prioritization, driving stakeholder alignment, proactively managing risks and dependencies
  • Adaptable to digital marketing tactics including display/re-targeting, social media (including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter), PPC, and SEO
  • A marketer with a proven track record creating complex customer journeys and using marketing automation strategies to achieve results. You are also experienced in developing campaigns that acquired and nurtured new customers through engagement and retention tactics
  • Highly data-driven and skilled in using experiments to optimize programs and campaigns
  • Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communications skills
