The log snapshot feature allows the support team at Enjin to identify any problems that you are having with the Enjin Wallet app.
When contacting our support team, they will often ask you to provide them with the log snapshot unique code. This code provides information on any error messages that you may have encountered while using the Enjin Wallet app.
To send a log snapshot, simply follow these instructions:
Go to your main wallet settings.
Scroll down to the "GET IN TOUCH" section
Tap "submit a log snapshot," which will provide you a unique code.
Copy this code and provide it to Enjin support team.
